A 2 hour workshop - Getting to know the Alchemy Crystal Bowls.

-The first hour focuses on the techniques of playing the bowls and a mini sound bath. 

-The second hour is to play the bowls with a Q & A.

Can I just do this and play the bowls after?

Yes. This introduction will enable those interested to create their own learning journey with the bowls. But, the Level 1 & 2 courses are also available for anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge after this experience.
