Join Selda as she offers her certified training (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine IPHM) for the second time at Soulstice London in Primrose Hill. Selda Goodwin has been sharing her alchemy crystal bowl trainings since 2019. With over 20 years of practice and training experience, she will not only guide you on how to work with the bowls, but on a healing journey from within.
Over the two days the Level 1 will teach you the techniques of how to play, theory of sound, how the bowls work with the chakras, how to clean and look after bowls, how to choose them, introduction to healing and the importance of intention and intuition.
• The course includes manuals, notebooks and a gift.
• There will be mats and cushions provided, please bring a water bottle.
• Lunch will be provided but there are also cafés and delis nearby, and you are also welcome to bring your own lunch from home. We will have a space with tables to be able to eat together.
• 10am-4pm, training with a break for lunch.
• 4pm-5pm, an additional dedicated hour to play the bowls with guidance from qualified sound healers, the perfect opportunity to purchase bowls if desired.
• Bowls are not required in advance but are be available to purchase through Soulstice.

Join Selda Goodwin at Soulstice London as we dive deeper into the realms of healing through sound, vibration and soul work to create alignment in these highly energetic times. With our cosmic portals wide open, we can now begin to guide ourselves and each other towards greater healing. Find who shares your galactic signature and whether you are connected to the celestial, ancestral realms, the angelic beings, or the planetary guides and protectors.
With the powerful Alchemy Crystal Bowls as our teachers, we will learn how to work with our own light energy, deepening our communication with the bowls and going beyond the realms of the ordinary. Understanding our endocrine system, creating musicality and developing our own unique style. There will be activations, energy work and plenty of bowl playing.
Level 1 introduced you to the bowls, how/where they are made, how to play/look after them, the science behind the bowls. Level 2 works more deeply with the mind and body. Level 1 focused on the major chords and external chakras, whereas Level 2 goes deeper into the minor chords and endocrine system. The endocrine system is so undervalued and most of our issues stem from imbalances within the glands. This information is so helpful to know as we can then really work with specific conditions such as anxiety or hormonal disorders.
We learn more about how to play with multiple bowls and a lot of the course opens you up to the art of healing. Each Level 2 is quite unique as we are working with energy but if you are interested to learn more about how to help yourself and others heal, then it’s perfect. We also do a short recap on Level 1 just incase you have forgotten everything.
