We are all often at a Threshold in life. A crossroads, a turning point, a transition.Threshold workshops began online in 2020 and have now manifested in person. They are often short workshops offering the opportunity to gather in person to unravel, soothe and shift all that is being held.
A home away from home setting always gives us the space to breathe, without the thought of the dishes, pick-ups and the never ending to do list. A retreat is an opportunity to step out of the ordinary, be cared for, but also to have the space to create something new and inspired for yourself. Having led my own retreats for many years, you can now find me on these yoga, pilates and other retreats offering my services.
A chance to gather with like minded souls. Group sessions, whether trainings, workshops or retreats are the perfect way to be held by a greater force, a collective energy. The synergy of life means that you will always be in the right place at the right time.
Through my one to ones and workshops I will help you to listen to what your heart needs, get clear on what you are experiencing and support you with a space where you can uncover what you need to pass through.
Being in the wellbeing community for 20 years has given me the insight and foresight to see what is required in the workplace, education and health system. Having worked in residency for leading hotels, spa resorts and corporate environments, it is with pleasure that I am able to offer this service to support and guide in a professional and accessible way.
